A few of these cities include Vienna, Milan, Brussels, and Oslo. And cities in the United States like Portland, Dallas, Miami and Atlanta are included in their route.

In-flight Services

Asiana Airlines provides five classes of services – First Suite Class, First Class, Business Smartium Class, Business Class and Travel Class. Features like on board entertainment systems and seat configurations may vary depending on the aircraft and its operating routes.

First Suite Class and First class are mostly offered in routes between Seoul and Chicago, Frankfurt, Los Angeles, and New York. Passengers in these classes are provided with “amenity kits”, pajamas and souvenirs that contain eye shades, earplugs, toothpaste, and skin cream. A passenger can also pre-order meals 48 hours before departure. First Class is fitted with personal AVOD systems.

Aside from the routes mentioned above, many of the international flights of Asiana offers two kinds of classes – Business Class or Business Smartium Class as the highest class and travel class, without first class. Charter flights and short-length international flights are served on the mono-class basis as well as all the domestic flights.

Each business “Smartium” Class seat is fitted with video on demand. While other Business Class seats were improved with video on demand by the year 2014. Aside from a number of routes by Boeing 767 and Airbus A321-100 aircraft, many of Asiana’s Travel class seats have TVs and video systems.
