- Terminals
- Terminal A – It was once called the Overseas Terminal, and then, later on, the Marine Air Terminal. Terminal A, the original airport terminal building, had international flight services on flying boats through the 1940s. In 1995, the Marine Air Terminal was designated a historic landmark. Delta started shuttle operations in Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C on September 1, 1991. Today, Delta operates a shuttle service to Chicago, and Washington, D.C. from Terminal A and service to Boston from Terminal C. Terminal A can have an accommodation of up to six aircraft gate positions.
- Terminal B – Central Terminal Building (CTB), also known as Terminal B, was dedicated on April 17, 1964. This handles most of the airport’s scheduled domestic flight services.
- Terminal C – It was opened on September 1992 at the cost of $200 million. This terminal comprises approximately 300,000 square feet of space having 21 aircraft contact gates. The main section features food, retail, and concessions. It also has a Welcome Center on the arrivals level. The shuttle section of the terminal serves passengers on hourly flights to Boston and Washington, D.C.
- Terminal D – The terminal opened in June 1983 and was constructed by Delta Air Lineslocatedjust at the east end of the airport. The terminal has ten gates. Delta started to improve the terminal services offood, retail, and concessions options, and the Port Authority opened a Welcome Center on the arrivals level, in 2010. Delta Airlines took over the lease of the US Airways Terminal (now known as Terminal C) and expanded its operations, in late 2011. Delta invested nearly $100 million in its terminal complex to have a better customer service experience. Delta opened a 600-foot long enclosed walkway connecting Terminals C and D.
