Do I need to be a member in order to charter a jet?
No, CFG does not require a membership to charter, and pricing on your quote is all-inclusive!
What types of aircraft are available and how many people do they hold?
CFG can provide an experience on everything from Turboprops to Heavy Jets. Using our proprietary software, our team is able to pinpoint the aircraft best suited to execute your trip. Seating capacity will vary from 2-16 passengers based on aircraft type.
How much does it cost?
There are many factors that determine the cost of your trip; aircraft model, distance traveled, time of year, etc. If you have firm dates we would be happy to connect you with a Private Aviation Advisor to discuss your trip.
How far in advance should we book our private jet travel?
We can get you off the ground in 3 hours or less! However, for the best availability and pricing we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Is flying private a safe way to travel?
Very safe! In fact, all aircraft utilized by CFG meet or exceed the rigorous safety standards set by ARG/US and WYVERN.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, unlike commercial travel, your furry friend is always welcome onboard with you. Many of our clients fly private for this reason alone!
Can I bring my own food and beverage?
Yes, while we would be happy to coordinate any catering you desire, you are always welcome to bring your own food and beverage onboard.
Can we travel with our skis and/or golf clubs?
This is your aircraft, if it fits, it flies with you. In the event your equipment is too large, our Client Services team can coordinate its safe delivery to your destination.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my flight?
Cancellation policy varies based on the trip details and will be clearly stated on your contract. Rest assured we will always work to be flexible and accommodating in order to meet your needs.
